TECHNICAL SKILLS AND RESPOSIBILITIES

The Consultants at Synergy Advisors LLC are expected to deliver technical solutions to customers, allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft and other technologies. Building upon solid IT project experience relative to their level, these Consultants work with Synergy Advisors’ SI and ISV partners to assist customers in:

1. The delivery of high-quality engagements around Synergy Advisors solution areas, technologies, and products in diverse client environments.
2. Stabilizing developed solutions using Synergy’s, partners’ and ISVs methodologies in complex customer environments.
3. The design and development of integrated solutions using the latest Synergy’s, partners’ and ISVs products and technologies.
4. Understanding the relevant application development, infrastructure, and operation implications of the developed solution.
5. This position may require up to approximatively 60% travel.
6. Consultant must have a proven record of delivering business value on different Synergy Advisors engagements.
7. Consultant must have deep understanding of markets, customers, and technology; have the background to provide leadership in the practice and a demonstrated effectiveness in consulting and client management.
8. Consultant must have deep understanding of customer and partner business and IT environment; have demonstrated skills deploying technology to solve business problems.
9. Consultant must have industry leading, in-depth knowledge of subject area as well as having demonstrated analysis and communication skills connecting technology and business problems.
10. Consultant must be able to think strategically to design solutions to achieve customer outcomes.
11. Consultant must be able to identify additional opportunities, based on customer needs and requirements, for follow up by sales team.

SOFT SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS 

• Strong written skills to lead or support documentation efforts for projects. Prefer applicants that can submit written samples such as design or operations guides.
• Strong presentation skills to present integrated solutions to multiple stakeholders across business and technical audiences.
• Ability to think and work proactively in a fast-paced environment and achieve high-level goals with minimal supervision.
• Present a professional image in conduct, attitude, and attire in every interaction with customers.
• Assist with the development of client information management standards and evaluation of technology trends.
• Contribute to business area assessment, user needs analysis, and business systems design.
• Assist with comprehensive cost/benefit analysis and preparation of business cases for new projects.
• Work with client leaders in sales, marketing, finances, and human resources to solve sales management issues.
• Participate and lead client meetings to present consulting deliverables in sales effectiveness.
• Create analytical models that simulate or forecast business problems and results.
• Apply logic, business acumen, and Synergy Advisors’ methodologies to provide recommendations to clients.
• Demonstrate and develop excellent listening and communication skills to conduct fact finding
• Lead internal and client meetings; deliver presentations of solutions to the client.
• Prepare high quality, error-free client reports as well as presentation materials that require minimal revisions.
• Project management across work streams and focus on client engagements.
• Manage the resource bookings for customer’s engagements.
• Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing.
• Responsible for decision making on resource bookings based on different factors including resource skillset, onsite/remote, cost etc.
• Create resource profiles and present the resources to customer.

REQUIREMENTS:

The applicant must be well versed in the secure design and deployment of Microsoft productivity services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.

The applicant should also have experience in some or all of the following:

•  Cybersecurity: Defender for Office, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, EOP, Sentinel (Required)
• Infrastructure: Azure Security Center, Firewall, WAF (Required)
• Scripting experience (Required)
• Identity: AADP, B2B, B2C, MFA, Identity Protection, PIM
• Devices: Intune MAM, Intune MDM, System Center (Configuration Manager), AutoPilot
• Applications: OneDrive, Yammer
• Data: AIP, MIP (Auto labeling, IRM, Ediscovery), MCAS, DLP, Azure PureView

and one or more of the following Microsoft Certifications:

• MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
• MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
• MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration
• AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
• AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies
• SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst

• Velar por la salubridad y estabilidad de la plataforma
• Llevar a cabo el Monitoreo constante de la plataforma.
• Construir planes de mejora continua y proposición de cambios.
• Generación de informes recurrentes sobre el comportamiento de los recursos.
• Optimización de procesos en búsqueda de la eficiencia y eficacia.
• Identificación y cierre de brechas de seguridad
• Acompañamiento directo a los clientes
• Mantenerse actualizado en las últimas actualizaciones de las tecnologías administradas.
• Velar por una excelente relación con el cliente, desde el cumplimiento y el respeto.
• Cumplir con turnos rotativos de disponibilidad

Requisitos: 

• Preferible residencia en la ciudad de Medellín, Colombia
• Conocimientos validables al menos en el 75% de las habilidades mencionadas
• Inglés, requerido, nivel B1 o superior
